I have a special passion for working with children and helping them feel understood, supported, and confident in their ability to reach their full potential. My experience includes working in school settings with children who have unique educational needs and serving as a First Nations, Metis, and Inuit Liaison. I have training in Play Therapy, Play Therapy for Trauma, EMDR for children, Sandtray Therapy, and Bibliotherapy. These approaches allow me to connect with children in ways that feel natural to them and give them different ways to express the thoughts and feelings they may not yet have words for. 

 I also have a passion for supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. I am trained in CBT, CBT for anxiety, TEAM CBT, DBT, Sandtray Therapy, Trauma-Related Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders, and EMDR. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand their experiences, process difficult emotions and memories, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I want my clients to feel comfortable being themselves, knowing that they will be listened to without judgement. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you to discover your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
